Changes
A fee of DKK 250, 00 has to be paid directly to the hotel for any changes made to a current reservation.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (war, strike, riots etc.) the letting agency is allowed to cancel the letting agreement without compensation. Information about force majeure has to be given to the tenant soonest possible.
The rental price includes as follows:
Free disposal of the rented apartment and its equipment, free access to almost all facilities on the holiday compound, final cleaning by the end of the stay. Use of indoor- and outdoor swimming pool is free of charge.
Arrival and departure
Arrival can take place after 15.00 (3 pm). Departure must take place no later than 11.00 (11 am). Any special arrangement must be made with the reception. By arrival after 18.00 (6 pm), please inform the hotel no later than the day before arrival.

Additional
It is possible to rent various things at the hotel: Baby cot – dkk 100,00 per stay, baby chair – dkk 50,00 per stay. Please reserve the above items in advance in order to guarantee them.
Bed linen
Bed linen is not included. The guest can bring the bed linen himself or rent linen packs for DKK 90,00 per person. The pack consists of all bed sheets and 2 towels. The bed can also be made for an additional price of DKK 125,00.
Pets
Pets are allowed for an additional price of DKK 300,00 per pet per stay.
Cleaning
The day – to – day cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning equipment can be found in the apartment. A vacuum cleaner and additional cleaning equipments can be borrowed in the reception. For additional price cleaning can be organized every day.
The guest’s responsibility
The guest is obliged to respect the regulations, which are the same for all holiday compounds. The tenant is responsible for the inventory of the apartment. Any damages or deficiencies caused by the tenant must be settled on departure. The person who has made the reservation is also responsible for any damages caused by other occupants of the apartment during the rental period. The apartment must only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the price list.
Complaints / claims
Complaints have to be made in the reception immediately. If you wish to make a complaint, a written statement has to be sent to the hotel within a month after departure.
Requests
Requests of a certain apartment will be noted and complied with if possible, but we offer no guarantees.
